Lettings Negotiator central Cambridge

A well-respected independent lettings and estate agency in Cambridge has a new opportunity for a talented Lettings Negotiator to join their growing team. You ll be working with a busy and vibrant team of experienced Property Managers and Lettings Negotiators who share your passion for property. A business focused on providing high-quality customer service to all their landlords and tenants.

As Lettings Negotiator you'll enjoy completing deals and negotiating new contracts and renewals, working as part of a busy property team.

An excellent communicator, on the phone, by email and in person. Responsible for property viewings you'll help landlords rent their property by finding the right match for each tenant and their requirements.

The business has a strong track record of success and manages a large portfolio across Cambridge and the surrounding and villages.

A place with a great working atmosphere, and a friendly and vibrant team, who all get on well and like to share their success.

ARLA or CELA qualification support is available from day one.

We're looking for a confident people person, a well-organised Lettings Negotiator with at least 18 months of previous experience.

Someone who knows Cambridge and lives locally is preferred. Driving is essential, full time, office based, salary to reflect your lettings experience, circa £25,000 - £27,000 and bonus.
